Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary related.

All returned items are inspected at the processing facility. If the return is as a result of a seller error or defective product, the full cost of the item is refunded and original shipping charges. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, a partial refund may be issued, absent the original shipping charges.

You can expect to receive your refund amount within four weeks from the date when you return your package. Typically, refunds are received much sooner, be we estimate it at four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), as well as product inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company. All refunds are issued to the initial method of payment.
